15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

15.2 Binding Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and we agree to resolve any claim through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

EXCEPTION: Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies and is brought individually (not as a class action).

15.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND WE AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:
