You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. We believe in giving you plenty of time to make sure your purchase is perfect.

- Items must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be attached
Items Eligible for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
Unused - Item has not been worn or used
Unwashed - Item has not been washed or cleaned
Original Tags - All tags are still attached
Original Packaging - In original packaging when applicable
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final Sale Items Items marked as Final Sale at purchase are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Face Masks For hygiene reasons, face masks cannot be returned.
- Underwear & Swimwear If the hygiene seal is broken, these items cannot be returned.
- Customized Items Personalized or customized items are final sale.
- Gift Cards Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Return Shipping Cost
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, we offer free returns in the following situations:
Free Returns Available When:
- The return is due to a product defect
- The return is due to an Everlane error (wrong item sent)
- You're exchanging for a different size or color
Note: Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount for standard returns.

Exchange Policy
We handle exchanges as a two-step process to ensure you get your desired item quickly:
- Return Original Item Initiate a return for your original item and receive a refund or store credit.
- Purchase New Item Place a new order for the size, color, or style you prefer.
Tip: For faster service, we recommend placing your new order before returning the original item.

Print Label
Print your prepaid return shipping label.
Ship Package
Drop off your package at any carrier location.

International Returns
For international orders, please note the following return guidelines:
- Return Shipping International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Duties & Taxes Any applicable duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
- Return Portal International returns must be initiated through our international returns portal.
- Processing Time International returns may take longer to process (10-15 business days).
